• First point of contact for technical escalation.
• Take ownership of Major Incidents
• Technical Training, coaching and mentoring of Team members

• Review random tickets against the ticket quality audit parameters and provide feedback.

• High level qualification
• 0-2 years experience in a financial role, experience in AP/AR/GL/FA or Payment Operations or Accounting is a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English and French/ Italian/ Spanish/ Dutch/ Swedish/ Danish/ Norwegian/ Portuguese/Polish/Hebrew
• Good PC skills particularly Excel, Word and a basic understanding of Access
• Strong investigative and analytical skills.
• Customer orientation
