Customer Support Technician provides professional support to customers of our client via telephone and e-mail.
The position contains both type of jobs:
Front Office:
-Receiving requests over the phone
-Qualifying, prioritizing cases, proper and thorough registration in database
-Arranging necessary steps with subcontractors, liaising with local country offices, coordinators, technical teams
-Coordinating progress, case follow up with total case ownership until closure
-Initiate preventive calls to minimize risks, damages in case of any foreseen event
Back Office:
-Receiving, categorizing and registration of work orders
-Validation and pre-authorization of work orders and contractual agreements
-Total case ownership
-Liaising with local country offices, coordinators, technical teams
