For our leading multinational client, we are looking for an experienced professional to start immediately in the following position:
Business Controls Analyst
Key duties and responsibilities:
Drive untested and un-remediate control points to timely closure
• Understand risks in the dedicated function and their impact on KCFR/KCO processes, validate execution and monitoring of secondary controls
• Working closely with Senior Management and Process Owners to ensure audit readiness and supporting key projects as required, e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley and Framework for Internal Control.
• Support Infra line management in the definition and creation of new business processes
• Review, analyze , consolidate and report the monthly Compliance tests that been performed by Infra processes
• Responsible for setting up and executing Business Controls tasks for Infra processes
• Providing the required Business Controls education and training for Infra dept
• Coordinate and validate Quarterly Continuo Self Assessment (CSA) for Infra processes
• Perform independent BC assessment on Infra processes
• Team with line management, proactive support functions i.e. towers and infrastructure for effective networking, communication and appropriate controls mindset
• Participate in peer reviews, Business Controls Review and Audits when possible in Infra processes
Skills, Key Qualities required:
• Reliable, precise, efficient, well organized
• Flexible in work schedules
• Motivated (need to get the work completed successfully and accurately each day)
• Capable of achieving the goals under pressure
• Good at teamwork
• Be flexible and firm – the Sarbanes-Oxley environment is constantly changing and is very demanding (and very exciting).
• Most important- Have the dedication to learn.
• Should have a good understanding of (parts of) the client business and organizations.
• Ability to effectively analyze and communicate risk is an essential element of the job.
• Bachelor's Degree
• English: Fluent
