Customer Support Representatives provides professional support to customers of our client via telephone and e-mail.
Tasks:
- answering phone calls and replying e-mails in Dutch AND French languages
- receiving, categorizing and registration of work orders
- liaising with local country offices, coordinators, technical teams
Requirements:
- Dutch AND French language is required
- intermediadte English knowledge
- good PC skills
- have excellent problem solving skills
- very good communication skills
- Hungarian language knowledge in not needed
