On behalf of our Client, who is operating a Global Delivery Center in Budapest, we are looking for talents who will join their dynamically growing team.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical assistance to computer system users within scope (troubleshoot IT issues, answer IT related questions, process incidents and requests, help end users when it comes to the usage of software, hardware, network, connectivity or other IT related tool or system within the scope of support)
* Respond to contacts from end-users on IT related issues (channel of contact can be phone, e-mail, chat or other medium specified in the contract)
* Document all reported incidents, requests, problems or questions in the ticketing tool in accordance with the current processes
* Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant support team in accordance with the current processes

We require 1-2 years relevant experience, excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills, able to learn quickly and has excellent time management skills. To be successful in this position you must be fluent in CZECH and ENGLISH languages.
