Currently we are looking for junior support engineers to join our international client's team.
Tasks:
* Providing support from the Budapest to LAN/WAN (and possible IPT) customers
* Remote management/monitoring/troubleshooting of network devices and circuits
* Resolve customers issues using the tools provided
* Request actions to solve issues with third parties, representing the customer
* Handling general tickets, creating tickets, and ensuring tickets getting solved within set SLA times
* Continuous training to increase technical knowledge and skill set to support variable network area’s on longer term
Requirements:
* Cisco network device management knowledge
* Network infrastructure management knowledge
* Cisco certification is an advantage
* Fluency in English+German OR English+French
* Italian and/or Spanish is an advantage as a third language
* Excellent communication skills
* Good customer support skills
* Analytical and precise
* Patient and able to escalate when needed
* Ability to work with different people, different skill sets, and different backgrounds
* Dynamic and enthusiastic personality
