Our client is a rapidly expanding, US-based company. They are excelling in Clinical Diagnostics with strong commitment towards sustainable growth in Emerging markets. Currently we are looking for a passionate, self-motivated person to join their team as an export coordinator.
The main responsibility of the successful person will be to coordinate the day-to-day business of the Export area of Middle East.
Tasks will also include to reply to requests for quote, to tenders on the area and to help local agents in collaboration with the area managers.
To bring the support when there are problems of communication the export coordinator will follow the area forecasts and work out the important orders (non existing codes / non available products/ big quantities) – define the difficulties.
To ensure that the commercial processes run smoothly the export coordinator will handle the documentary requests.
Occasionally this person will participate in the registration files of the products on the area – to ensure the interface with the regulatory affairs and the area.
We are looking for an experienced person who was working in a similar role for at least 3 years and has got university/college degree preferably in economics
In order to be able to communicate with the colleagues and the area the person should be fluent in both English and Hungarian.
The strong computer user skills (MS Office) are also required for the job.
We are looking for an outgoing person who has got outstanding problem-solving personality.
