For our client- a leading car rental company in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia operating an SSC in Budapest- we are urgently seeking an experienced professional to obtain the a team leader position.
The job holder is responsible for supervising and motivating a team of 22. This is a key position within the Financial Accounting and Payable team and the job holder will be expected to work closely and establish a strong team and delivering a high performing financial accounting function. We require 3-4 years relevant experience in SSC environment and 2 years experience in supervising and motivating teams. Thorough understanding of procedures and issues within Accounts Payable is a must. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills, and strong potential to became a team leader and fluent in ENGLISH and GERMAN languages.
