For our client- global telecommunication company operating an SSC in Budapest- we are urgently seeking an experienced professional to obtain the position of AP team leader.
As a result of the dynamic expansion of this SSC an interesting opportunity has become available to join a multinational team of a talented professional staff.
Your main duties will include: managing of the P2P / AP team and the ongoing team performance to ensure the effective operation of business processes. You will actively participate in monitoring and reporting on team performance and contribute to shaping processes to be more efficient and effective.
We require 4 years experience in accounting,, ideally 2 years as team leader, gained in an international or SSC environment. Thorough understanding of procedures and issues within Accounts Payable is a must. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills, and the ability to build up and lead a team of 8, fluent in English and GERMAN OR SPANISH language skills.
