Financial Planning and Business Analyst
experienced professional to join their Financial Planning & Analysis Team.
Purpose of job
Reporting to the Head of Planning and Analysis this senior colleague will support the management’s business decisions with comprehensive analysis and strategic planning related to financial plans and actuals of the business performance.
Responsibilities
1) Planning
o Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance plans in cooperation with other responsible divisions
o Annual Budget setting & allocation
2) Analysis
o Prepare complex profitability analysis on a monthly basis, in cooperation with divisions involved (sales, marketing, procurement, operations)
o Business analysis for monthly performance review for management
o Fixed cost planning and analysis
o Budget management and analysis
o Macro economic analysis of major market trends
o Modelings of price and commercial variances and their implications on purchase power
3) Reporting
o Renew all sales, inventory and profit data by country and by product line
o Ad-hoc report on request by senior management / HQ
Requirements
* University degree in Finance/Accounting
* Ideally 5 years of experience at multinational companies, gained in planning, controlling or business analysis
* Team player with strong organizational, interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under tight deadlines
* Ambition and drive to step forward in a dynamically expanding environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with senior management
* Very high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
* Practical experience with SAP
* Fluent English skills
