The presales expert for banking and insurance is responsible for defining the most competitive
solutions in the banking and insurance area for the Hungarian market in co-ordination with other
sales functions. He/she is an expert in this field and uses his/her expertise in presales activities,
internal knowledge rollout, participation to trade fairs, workshops and seminars, support to
strategic customer projects and support to identified partners.
Responsibilities:
* Support the account executive in the evaluation process
* Design SAP-centered, customer-specific solutions that lead to sales success
* Prepare and give demos
* Demonstrate the business benefits of the proposed solution (value based selling) & stay in close contact with the customer
* Make specific prototypes and feasibility studies
* Maintain one's own professional development including continuous learning of new technologies, and communicate experience to fellow colleagues
* Act as SAP banking and insurance specialist
* Transfer expertise to other sales functions to identify relevant partners for the solution
* Organize workshops and seminars to position the solution
* Give support to relevant partners
* Keep himself/herself informed of ongoing projects through constant communication with
customer, partner and consultants
* Keep informed of market trends
* Drive demand generation activities to build solid incremental pipeline for banking solutions
Requirements:
* University degree
* Business-minded and able to understand and design business processes of clients and
prospects
* Able to work in a flexible environment where targets and quality performance are the standard
* Fluent in Hungarian and English
* Good knowledge of sales, business development and marketing environments
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Practical knowledge of SAP solutions for banking will be an asset
* Commercial attitude
