Programs Development Manager is an excellent opportunity for marketing professionals who has experience both in trade and brand marketing and would like to develop further in their career. The vacancy is at our international client who is a major player of the tobacco industry.
Responsibilities:
* Detailed planning of brand & trade programs based on the brand objectives aligned with Brand Managers
* Manage the program planning of brand initiatives working very closely with Operations Planning and Sales Management, ensuring sufficient communication of brand objectives towards other stakeholders
* Development of channel specific trade strategies in line with the brand objectives
* Analysis of different data sets to provide a comprehensive picture of market developments and effects of the company activities to all relevant stakeholders
* Development of long term goals and targets of Development & Planning function
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent
* Min. 5 years experience in trade marketing/ brand marketing / channel management / field (minimum 2 years in trade marketing)
* Good understanding of channel specifics in FMCG industry
* Fluent English, Hungarian language
* Both good analytical and strategic thinking
* Very good communication skill
