Job description
• Perform HR administration activities
• Perform complete and stringent administration of starters and leavers
• Coordinate transaction of exit procedures
• Maintain HR related data, files and records
• Act as point of contact for queries by HR International
• Handle new hire and offer requests from the business, submit to HR International and track the progress
• Gather personal and employment details on all new starters and forward details to HR International
• Act as point of contact for HR International and employees
Job requirements
• College or university degree
• 0-1 year of experience in administrative role
• Fluency in French/Spanish plus minimum intermediate English
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication and organization skills
Personality
• Ability to manage multi-tasks and handle complex cases
• Flexibility
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to details\accuracy in record keeping
• Team player
