Job description
• Provide technical assistance to computer system users within scope (troubleshoot IT issues, answer IT related questions, process incidents and requests, help end users when it comes to the usage of software, hardware, network, connectivity or other IT related tool or system within the scope of support)
• Respond to contacts from end-users on IT related issues (channel of contact can be phone, e-mail, chat or other medium specified in the contract)
• Document all reported incidents, requests, problems or questions in the ticketing tool in accordance with the current processes
• Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant support team in accordance with the current processes
Job requirements
• Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch languages
• College or University degree
• 1-2 years of related work experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience is an advantage

• One must have excellent customer service skills and exceptional phone etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Service oriented mindset
• Team player
