Job description
The Key Account Tem Member will primarily be responsible for the company´s largest, most strategic and profitable accounts by understanding all the special requirements, procedures, and policies for those accounts.
Other Responsibilities include:
• Answering calls from Customers, Sales Engineers, District Administrators, Marketers and other internal company personnel
• Handle numerous orders at a time, set priorities follow through on multiple situations to maximize customer service
• Respond to all inquiries and confirm all orders submitted via the Activities Queue in a timely manner
• Resolve problems related to the order processing cycle
Job requirements
• Fluent English and French Language knowledge is a must
• Professional written and spoken communication skills
• MS Office knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Experience to work under pressure
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
