Job description
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and review of statutory accounts, esp. AP/AR for assigned entities/Business Units in the country supported by the team
• Preparation and support for period close
• Timely response to queries raised on accounts and other analyses
• Reporting and control activities to assure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the country supported
• Support, prepare and review draft statutory accounts, documents and queries for period close
• Prepare documents for monthly, quarterly and year-end close
• Ensure full reconciliations from ledgers to statutory accounts and intracompany alignment
• Preparation and compiling of account analysis as well as deviation analysis
• Ensure obligations under the Balance Sheet Integrity standard, and prepare ledger reconciliations on a timely and accurate basis
• Handle and monitor queries
• Reconcile corresponding company codes
• Handle HR and other special accounts, shareholders' loans, default interest
Job requirements
• College or University degree in finance and/or accountancy
• At least 1-2 years experience in similar field
• At least intermediate language knowledge in English and Spanish / Portuguese
• Shared Service Centre experience is an advantage

• A high level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness is essential
• Professional communication skills written and oral
