Job description
The Order Entry Team Member will primarily be responsible for order requests and general inquiries submitted via phone, fax, e-mail or web.
Other Responsibilities include:
• Answering calls from Customers, Sales Engineers, District Administrators, Marketers and other internal company’s personnel
• Handle numerous orders at a time, set priorities follow through on multiple situations to maximize customer service
• Respond to all inquiries and confirm all orders submitted via the Activities Queue in a timely manner
• Resolve problems related to the order processing cycle
Job requirements
• Fluent English and French knowledge is a must
• User level knowledge of IT applications
• Good Communication skills
• Good Conflict management skills
• MSOffice knowledge
• SAP desirable
