•	Täglicher Kontakt mit den Endverbrauchern und Partnern&lt;br /&gt;
•	Lösungen von Problemen Problemlösung (Garantieanfragen, finanzielle Anrufen)&lt;br /&gt;
•	Einkommende Anrufe, E-mailen fassen, registrieren in dem System&lt;br /&gt;
•	 Tägliche Kommunikation mit Kunden via Telefon und E-mail&lt;br /&gt;
•	Kundenbeschwerden behandeln, lösen&lt;br /&gt;
•	Kundenbefriedigkeit erhöhen&lt;br /&gt;

Voraussetzungen:&lt;br /&gt;
•	In der Nähe der Muttersprache Deutschkenntnisse sowohl in Schrift als auch wörtlich/&lt;br /&gt;
•	Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch&lt;br /&gt;
•	Grundkenntnisse in Englisch&lt;br /&gt;
•	Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit&lt;br /&gt;
