The role: Communications Manager, Hungary and Adriatics&lt;br /&gt;
As a member of the Global Communications &amp; Public Affairs team in Budapest, you will work cross- functionally to help communicate with journalists and other thought leaders in Hungary and the Adriatic region; devise specific communications materials and campaigns based on understanding of journalists' interests; engage in face-to-face meetings with commentators and other opinion formers; develop print and web-based material supporting these campaigns; and counter misinformation that might interfere with our business and ability to serve our users. We're looking for great communicators who can understand complex issues and explain them in person and also via well written, simple blog posts, FAQs, video scripts and more.&lt;br /&gt;
Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Manage all communications activities for Google in Hungary.&lt;br /&gt;
* Represent Google as a company spokesperson for a wide variety of media and blogger inquiries&lt;br /&gt;
* Collaborate with Google engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to create compelling communications strategies that illustrate the functionality and key benefits of our consumer and advertising products&lt;br /&gt;
* Develop close, productive relationships with journalists, bloggers, product reviewers and our key partners in Hungary.&lt;br /&gt;
* Develop written materials, including story pitches, messaging guidelines, press releases, Q&amp;As, presentations and speeches&lt;br /&gt;
* Train and provide advice to company officials for press conferences, media interviews and trade presentations&lt;br /&gt;
* Manage a PR agency to help support day-to-day inquiries, special projects, and events.&lt;br /&gt;

Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Bachelors degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.&lt;br /&gt;
* Professional experience in fast-paced business, media or non-profit environment, ideally in Hungary.&lt;br /&gt;
* Excellent communication skills ? verbal and written.&lt;br /&gt;
* Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.&lt;br /&gt;

Role purpose&lt;br /&gt;

• Accountable for delivery of IT infrastructure services for all countries in Western Europe with support of local IT Service Managers&lt;br /&gt;
• Standardization of processes and reporting across WE&lt;br /&gt;
• Escalation point (key relationship manager) for ICT infrastructural Business needs, requests, issues and escalations at local level for all functions&lt;br /&gt;
• Manage Business and IT/IS alignment at zone level leveraging the relationship with both internal customers and third party suppliers&lt;br /&gt;

• Propagate synergies and best practices across local and BU functions by fulfilling business-specific demand using standardized components and services created and maintained by IT/IS at Zonal/Global Level&lt;br /&gt;
• Cover all activities needed to determine and guard the level of service (SLA) wished for ICT by the Business Process Lead; this includes reporting analysis from outsourcing partners and initiation of the required improvement activities&lt;br /&gt;
• Overall Service Delivery Management&lt;br /&gt;
We require&lt;br /&gt;

Key requirements:&lt;br /&gt;
• University degree level or equal by experience, combining Information Technology and deep Business Knowledge&lt;br /&gt;
• Minimum of 7 years experience of Service management roles&lt;br /&gt;
• Experience working with off-shore IT outsourced environment&lt;br /&gt;
• Business process analysis and understanding&lt;br /&gt;
• Good knowledge and understanding Service management processes based on SLAs&lt;br /&gt;
• Good knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management&lt;br /&gt;
• Good understanding of ICT infrastructure and related technology trends&lt;br /&gt;
• Knowledge of ITIL standards and methods&lt;br /&gt;
• Practical technical skills about workplace activities (IMAC)&lt;br /&gt;
• Practical technical skills about Windows Server / Active Directory management&lt;br /&gt;
• Willingness to travel frequently&lt;br /&gt;

Language skills:&lt;br /&gt;
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)&lt;br /&gt;
